More photos from the 2011 event. Thank you to Joan Hansen and her great group of volunteers for staging a successful meeting for mystery readers. Mysterious Galaxy did a superb job with the on-site bookstore, as usual. Thanks to all who attended this year's Men of Mystery. We all look forward to next year, scheduled for November 17, 2012.
Men of Mystery 2010, October 30th
Irvine Marriot Hotel Irvine, California
The 2010 Men of Mystery went off without a hitch, all due to the supreme efforts of Founder and Chair, Joan Hansen, and her wonderful staff of volunteers. Everyone worked hard to provide a flawless event. My host this year was Jackie Dvorman, whose photographs chronicle all the event's happenings. Authors Greg Hurwitz and Christopher Rice entertained the authors and guests with a humorous question and answer session in the A.M. session, followed by Don Winslow in the afternoon.

Boulder Writer's Meetup Group
September 18, 2010 @ The Paradise Cafe, Boulder
Pearl Street Mall
You've got to hand it to these writers...they met in the wee-hours of the morning...even before coffee. Writers came from almost every genre. Some were writing fiction, others autobiographies or biographies, short stories, a bit of everything. There were questions on the writing process, and most importantly, finding an agent or editor. They are a great group of writers. Check out their link below for meeting information.
